Our delivery is at a calculated on a scale to the UK and Ireland.
For deliveries outside the UK and Ireland please contact: noveltytoyshop@gmail.com for delivery prices.
Delivery if offered at 1st class (1-2 days) and 2nd class (3-5 days).
Items ordered before 15:00 will be dispatched the same day.
To report an item missing or delayed please wait 7 days.
We endeavour to keep all items on www.noveltytoyshop.co.uk in stock and there we apologise for any item that does not reach you in the time specified.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order at the quoted price, we may have to apply an additional delivery charge which will be agreed with the customer before any order is despatched.
Reasons for additional delivery charges may relate to weight and/or size variations.
